There, the social enterprise Kokoa Kamili is making a huge difference by buying wet beans directly from farmers at premium prices and carefully controlling the fermentation and drying processes.

Our single-origin products are made exclusively with cocoa beans, sugar, and cocoa butter. Our chocolates are free of soy, dairy, eggs, and gluten. No lecithin or vanilla is added.
