A sweetened dark chocolate with maple, to which we've added white miso and a toasted rice and maple crunch. These ingredients, combined with maple, bring out the amber flavor of this sugar, while the miso rounds out the flavors and gives the bar an umami note. Surprising, but truly delicious!
