To combine indulgence and freshness, we've paired a comforting chocolate with passion fruit. To achieve this, we infused pieces of cocoa beans, called nibs, with passion fruit pulp and then returned them to the chocolate. The result is a delicious bar with a tangy crunch of passion fruit!
