Naive - Amazonas Flores de la Selva, Black 75%
Made in : Vilnius, Lithuania
Origins of the beans : Vezezuela
Tasting notes : The Flores de la Selva cacao tree grows in the heart of the Amazon rainforest, near the source of the Orinoco River, where traditional cacao varieties are found. The Venezuelan section of the rainforest is also remarkable because its cacao tree is not yet represented in the International Cacao Gene Bank, located in Trinidad. To date, the genetic affiliation of the Amazonas cacao tree has not been fully determined, but it is believed to be a wild forastero variety. A rare discovery!
