This tiny harvest comes from a single farm. It is part of a project by the Hacienda La Morusca gene bank, whose mission is to evaluate and save the endangered Criollo cacao in the three states bordering Lake Maracaibo: Táchira, Mérida, and Zulia.

Gentle roasting and conching reveal an extraordinary chocolate with subtle  notes. A discreet yet powerful chocolate. Very limited edition.
