Pears grown in the Niagara fruit belt, sliced thin and slow-roasted until they are golden gems. The pears are nestled onto a base of brown butter chocolate and finished off with a sprinkle of slow-roasted candied walnuts.
Rich and warm... an edible spark of joy to send out to your peeps.
Pairing tip: eat with the stinkiest blue cheese you can find, it’s aok to slather it straight on the bar.
