"The story begins in 2003 when the idea of creating a funky little chocolate shop was born in the minds of David Castellan and Cynthia Leung. While making our first batches of chocolate, it was instantly clear that we had stumbled upon something magical, and that our future would be tied to it. With cocoa beans, nature created the perfect "Soma," a mystical substance mentioned in the Rig Veda and later by Aldous Huxley in the novel Brave New World."

Ginger milk pudding is one of the most popular desserts in Hong Kong. 

In Chinese, its name means “ginger bumping into milk.” The magic comes from a bit of science—when ginger juice and warm milk are mixed, the enzymes and proteins react to create an impossibly delicate, silky-smooth curd that eats like a dream. Cool huh?

Ginger milk chocolate is sooo delicious— peppery and spicy, with a custardy cream melt 

Sparkly jewels of candied ginger are sprinkled on top to be fancy... enjoy!!
