It was in December 2017, in Montreal, that Allo Simonne was officially born. The company is created by Vincent Coja and Quentin Ryckaert who are from Belgium. It is also inspired by the grandmother of Quentin, Simonne Allo that is named the company. Since then, the successes continue to accumulate for the happy creators of hazelnut spreads. Their trademark is the quality of their products. Spreads are palm oil free and always contain at least 50% hazelnuts. For their chocolate, they work with Daniel Haran from Chocolats Monarque.
