For over 10 years, we've been transforming cocoa beans and organic sugar into single-origin dark chocolate. We travel and build lasting relationships with cacao farmers and producers, then craft small batches of chocolate at home in our San Francisco factory. With a minimalist approach, we aim to highlight the distinctive flavor notes of different cacao beans, from classic fudge to tangy fruit."
