"We select the finest cocoa beans from around the world to create small batches of chocolate using traditional techniques. Our small factory is located in Nelson, New Zealand, where we sort, roast, crack, winnow, grind and conch, age, melt, temper, mold and pack – entirely by hand.
In collaboration with Ana Aceves of Sugarcube Studios, we created a chocolate bar and packaging design illustrating Karl's journey from sailor to chocolatier, as well as the journey of cocoa to our remote Pacific island."
