The beans for this bar have been grown and cultivated on the Douglas Dager Farm in Venezuela. Both the substance and the beauty of Douglas Dager’s cacao farm are simply breath-taking. Nestled in a valley, with the lush Henri Pittier park on one side and the green mountains with their bright-yellow Aragua Ney trees on the other, the tiny permaculture plantation is beautiful. 13 ancient Venezuelan criollo cacao varieties are grown on the plantation, making Douglas’ plantation one of the most exclusive on Earth.
