Hot Chocolate - Dark Milk & Hazelnutsnut

Ingredients:  Dark milk chocolate 57% (blend of different chocolates: Chocolats Monarque’s dark chocolate 70% (cocoa beans from various origins, cane sugar Chaleur B’s 51% milk chocolate (cocoa beans from various origins, milk powder, sugar), hazelnuts, sugar.

May contain traces of tree nuts, egg, gluten, peanut, soya and sesame seeds.

Recipe for 2 servings

90g of chocolate

180 ml of water or vegetable milk of your choice

(for cow's milk, double the amount of liquid)

In a small saucepan heat the water until boiling. Add the chocolate and whisk over low heat until all chocolate is completely melted.
