Lemon, Almond nougatine & Ginger, 45% Milk chocolate, Peru - mini bar 25g

Initially, we had an idea for a "flavor of the month" creation with a milk chocolate custom made by our friends at Qantu. Candied lemons were the foundations of this invention, but gradually toasted almonds and hints of caramel were added to form this magical recipe.

All that was missing was a touch of ginger to bring this fantastic recipe to life, which will surely charm you like it charmed us!
