Maple, Miso & Grilled Rice, 65% Dark maple chocolate, Philippines - Mini bar 25g

A dark chocolate sugared with maple to which we have added white miso and a crunch of grilled rice and maple. These ingredients mixed with maple bring out the amber side of this sugar, while the miso loops the flavors and gives the bar an umami side. Surprising, but really tasty!
