Passion fruit, 70% dark chocolate - 60g

In order to combine delicacy and freshness, we have associated a chocolate with a comforting profile with passion fruit. To do this, we infused pieces of cocoa beans, called nibs, with the pulp of the passion fruit and then put them back in the chocolate. The result is a gourmet bar with a little acid crunch of passion fruit!
