Maple & Fir, 80% Dark Chocolate, Peru - 60g

The Fir Maple bar is one of our very first creations. Inspired by the herbaceous notes of this chocolate from Peru, we were looking for what would bring us closest to our childhood memories of forest getaways. The smell of balsam fir shoots in our workshop takes us there every time!
